For SALUD, we set out to bring warmth back into the healthcare experience. Rooted in a cultural insight among Hispanic audiences, the desire for the personal connection and genuine care often associated with doctors in Latin America, the campaign showed how Kaiser Permanente can make healthcare feel more human, familiar, and close to home.

The idea invited people to discover how “health” also means surrounding yourself with the people who make you feel good, and how Kaiser Permanente is there to care for the whole you. Through authentic storytelling and emotionally driven visuals, we created a spot that went beyond healthcare services to celebrate connection, community, and the feeling of being truly cared for.
